Azure Administrator (Remote)

Participate in various phases of cloud development such as design, development, deployment, and maintenance.

Design and manage the different technological layers that support the company’s applications that are hosted on cloud platforms, such as servers, operating systems, storage, backup tools, and hypervisors, guaranteeing their operational efficiency, proper functioning, and high availability.

Manage the system by performing backups, updates, patches, tuning performance, and monitoring alerts to prevent damage.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience.

– Working knowledge of Windows Server 2012/2016/2019, PowerShell, Active Directory / AD Connect, Office 365 / SharePoint.

– Solid experience in managing software deployments within Azure.

– Strong experience tuning the performance of complex systems within Azure.

– Familiar with Azure firewalls, network security groups, virtual networks, and routing tables.

– Experience with automation and scripting languages.

– Resolution of Support cases and/or Problems in MS Azure environments or Administration of MS Azure Services.

– Experience in virtualization with Hyper-V for the administration of virtual machines and environments, in addition to VMWare, Citrix, etc.

– Knowledge of Active Directory, routing, security, DNS, SMTP traffic analysis, backup, and recovery.

– Bachelor’s degree in a computer science-related field.

– Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Minimum 4 years of IT experience.
